Summer’26 news: I’ve written a play! It is as different a sort of writing as I’ve ever attempted, but I’ve found it fun of a different sort. Current working title is “Grown from a seed”; click on the link to find out more
A major, ongoing project for me seems to be publishing Oakland Police Department crime statistics, as OakCrime.org. This effort is done as was originally part of OpenOakland.org, a Code for America brigade. There have been a few other projects over the years, and then there are some other, odd and definitely not prose passages that some how have made it out into the world.
